Intimate Apparel, Sleepwear, and Swimwear


For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, all intimate apparel, sleepwear, swimwear, and similar personal-use items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so that we may review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


International Orders


We proudly ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.
